Questions
- Do I need Pro to use L3VLUP?
- No. The tracker, the pipeline, the dashboard, the guides, the games, the studios and the first use of every practice tool are free and stay free. Pro is for someone in a cycle who wants the marker on, the record kept and the tracker watched.
- What happens when I cancel?
- Pro runs to the end of the period you paid for, then the account goes back to Free. Nothing is deleted: your target, pipeline and every graded result stay on the account. If a card fails, there is a week’s grace before access lapses.
- Is the Inner Circle a different product?
- It is Pro plus people. The software is identical; the Inner Circle adds Office Hours with Suro, role intros from the network, the private community and a human review a year.
- Can a society or a university buy it for members?
- Yes. Email suro@l3vlup.com with the number of seats and the term; there is a societies page for what is already free to them.
