Use AI to do the actual work in finance.
One umbrella program, three specialised 8-week streams. Everyone starts with a common AI-in-finance foundation, then goes deep in their lane: investment banking, equity research, or private equity. Practitioner-led. No coding background required.
Shared foundation, then your stream
Every stream opens with the same kickoff so everyone speaks the same language, then you specialise for the rest of the program.
Common foundation
Week 1 is shared across all three streams: the finance AI toolkit, prompt discipline, grounding, anti-hallucination, and confidentiality / MNPI ground rules.
Choose your stream
From Week 2 you go deep in one of three lanes: investment banking, equity research / hedge funds, or private equity & LBOs. Pick the one that matches your path.
Ship a real artifact
Week 8 is a capstone: you produce and defend a real work product in your stream — a pitch, an investment memo, or an IC memo with an LBO sanity-check.
The three streams
Each runs 8 weeks, 2 hours per week, capped at 20 students. $2,500 per stream.

Why learn from a practitioner
Most “AI for finance” courses are taught by educators who read about AI. This one is taught by someone who has done the work in M&A banking (Citi Industrials, Rothschild Healthcare, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America) and on the buyside, and uses AI in finance every day at Third Wave Capital. The hard part is not the prompts — it is knowing when to trust AI and when it must defer to the model, how to source every number, and what you can and cannot put into a tool when you are handling confidential or material non-public information.
Frequently asked questions
How is the AI in Finance Bootcamp structured?
It is one umbrella program with three specialised 8-week streams — AI for Investment Banking, AI for Equity Research & Hedge Funds, and AI for Private Equity & LBOs. Every stream opens with the same shared AI-in-finance foundation session, then specialises. You enrol in the stream that matches your career path.
How much does each stream cost?
Each stream is $2,500 as a one-time payment and runs 8 weeks, with one live 2-hour session per week. Cohorts are capped at 20 students and all sessions are recorded.
Do I have to pick just one stream?
You enrol in one stream, which is the right fit for most people. The shared foundation means anyone can start, and alumni can take additional streams later at a returning-student rate.
Do I need a coding background?
No. The program is finance-first and designed for analysts, associates and students. You learn the AI layer on top of skills you already have.
Who teaches it?
Surojit Chakraverti, L3vlup founder, with experience in M&A banking at Citigroup, Rothschild, Morgan Stanley and Bank of America, and in hedge-fund / public-markets investing, now running Third Wave Capital.
