Are you eligible?

Check your year group

Summer Internship programmes are normally aimed at students in their penultimate year, which for the 2027 cycle means graduating in 2028.

When do you expect to graduate?

A year group is a convention, not a rule. The wording on the employer's own listing decides it.

How to prepare for this one

Internship processes at this level test technical fundamentals, structured communication and firm-specific motivation.

Lev sits on a three-legged stool whose legs are marked technicals, structure and why this firm. The last leg is short, leaving a gap marked the gap, and the stool is tipping. — Three legs are tested. The strongest two do not hold up the stool on their own.

Practise it, don't just read it

Free, no sign-up, and short enough to finish before you submit.

Set the cap, the pre-money and the option pool, watch the price per share and every holder’s stake move, then check your own arithmetic against the table.Exit Waterfall Lab12 minThe same cheque written six ways: common, non-participating preferred, participating preferred with and without a cap, a SAFE still unconverted and a convertible note. Slide the exit value and watch who gets paid, in what order, and where each instrument converts.
