Questions
- What is an Apply Pack?
- One page for one application. It reads the employer’s own posting and sets out what it asks for, the evidence from your CV to show for each part, what to check before you apply and what to prepare next. Every quote is the posting’s own words, with where and when it was read; where a posting cannot be read, the pack says so rather than guessing. Anyone signed in can see what a posting asks for; Plus opens the rest.
- How do the five packs work?
- Full Apply Packs for 5 different roles each billing month. Opening the same pack again is free, and the packs you open stay yours. The count resets with each Stripe billing month. Looking at a role’s preview never uses one; only pressing “Open the full pack” does, and nothing is counted if the posting cannot be reached at that moment.
- Does it judge whether I will get the role?
- No. There is no score and no percentage. The pack shows what the posting asks for and what your CV shows, and says plainly what is not shown or is yours to confirm. Something missing from your CV may still be true of you.
- What is a worked model?
- The finished Excel workbook: every schedule built, every formula live, every check reading zero. The starter is the same model with its key schedules left blank for you to build. Every model can be opened online first, so you know what you are choosing.
- How does the monthly model work?
- Each Stripe billing month you can claim one worked model. A model you have claimed is yours from then on: download it again any time, and it never uses up a later month. A month you do not use does not carry over.
- What else is in Plus?
- An email when a role matching your filters opens, and reminders before deadlines and on the follow-up dates you set on your own pipeline.
- What stays free?
- Everything that was free yesterday: every model online and every starter workbook, the tracker with every role and deadline, the pipeline, CV Studio and Cover Letter Studio, every drill, the games, the guides, the glossary, the firm watch and the Monday recap. Plus takes nothing away from Free.
- What does Pro add on top?
- Pro ($25 a month) includes everything in Plus, with every worked model and no monthly count, the five applications (Studio, Logomatic, MappingMatic, Plotline and Variant), Apply Packs with no count, every board book and 13F filing with no count, your graded runs kept in full and the morning briefing. Moving from Plus to Pro changes the plan you have from My L3VLUP, prorated, never a second charge.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Plus runs to the end of the month you paid for, then the account is a free account again. Every worked model you claimed stays yours to download, and nothing you made is deleted: your pipeline, your notes, your results and every pack you opened stay with you.
