How to prepare for this one

Graduate and full-time processes assume more polish than internship rounds: technicals, live case discussion, and a crisp story about why this desk.

A row of seven identical desks marked all the same from here. Lev stands beside the one with a small flag planted on it, marked why this one, holding an open folder marked live case. — Every desk looks alike from outside. The graduate round asks why you planted a flag on one.

Practise it, don't just read it

Free, no sign-up, and short enough to finish before you submit.

Covenant Headroom10 minRead a compliance certificate like a credit analyst. Net leverage, interest cover and fixed charge cover against their levels, the test with the least room, its EBITDA cushion, and whether the borrower survives a fall in EBITDA.Three-Statement Linker8 min"Depreciation goes up by $10, walk me through the three statements." A fresh event every time, graded line by line across the income statement, cash flow and balance sheet, with a check that turns green only when your balance sheet balances.

Get told when roles like this open

The day applications open matters more than the deadline printed next to it, and the opening date is the one employers publish late or not at all. Leave your email and we will tell you when the roles you care about go live.

One email when a role opens, plus a short weekly round-up in season. Free, and you can leave at any point.

Before you send it

Citi screens on the document, not the intention. Suro reads your CV the way the screener will and writes back in the margin: structure, whether the bullets carry evidence, and whether it survives the parser. Back within 48 hours.
