Partners

Hire from the candidates who are already preparing for your seat.

Students and analysts use L3VLUP to track programmes, practise with graded labs and set the seat, region and level they are aiming at. Four ways to meet them, each run personally and scoped with you first.

Every candidate here chose to be seen, and at what level. Contact details are never shared automatically: if you want to speak with someone, we ask them first, and nothing goes further unless they say yes.

01

A curated shortlist

“Give us a short list for this seat.”

Tell us the seat, the level, the region, the timing and what matters most. We come back with a short list of candidates who fit it, chosen from people who have opted in to be seen, with the preparation they have actually done here.

  • You describe the seat; Suro reads every brief himself.
  • We match by hand against candidates who chose to be discoverable, and only at the level they chose.
  • You see what they are targeting and their dated drill results. Names and universities appear only where the candidate allowed it.
  • If you want to speak to someone, we ask them first. Nothing goes further unless they say yes.

No database access, no candidate search, no contact details and no automatic outreach.

02

A targeted hiring campaign

“Help us reach the right candidates for this role.”

Put a real opening in front of the people preparing for that seat: on the tracker and the hub for its seat and region, in the weekly email to candidates who have set that target, with the societies we work with, and beside the preparation for the role.

  • The role is read from your own careers page, so it carries your real dates and requirements.
  • Placement is editorial and clearly labelled as sponsored wherever it is paid for.
  • We report what we can count honestly: views and clicks through to your application page.

A sponsored role is always labelled, and never moves a role up the organic tracker or keeps a closed role on it.

04

Hiring intelligence

“Tell us what you are seeing in the market.”

A briefing on early-career finance and technology hiring from the data L3VLUP reads every day: which programmes are open, where deadlines are clustering, the mix by seat and region, and, where the numbers are large enough, which seats candidates are targeting.

  • Read from employers’ own boards daily, with the method behind every number.
  • Movements are called only when the method allows it; levels are shown from day one.
  • Candidate interest is shown only in aggregate, above a minimum count.

Never one person’s behaviour, and a click is never described as an application.

The Hiring Pulse

Tell us what you are hiring for

It goes to Suro, who reads every one himself and replies personally. A shortlist, a campaign, a cohort or a briefing is scoped with you before anything starts.

Nothing is sent to anyone but Suro.

Senior and confidential mandates run through Third Wave Capital’s executive search practice, listed on the partners page.
