Get Discovered

Be found for what you can do, not only for what your CV says.

Employers and partners we work with ask us for candidates targeting a seat. If you choose to be one of them, they see what you are aiming at and the drill results you have earned here. They never see your email, and they never see where you have applied.

Three settings. Private is the default.

Your contact details are never shared automatically. If an employer wants to speak with you, L3VLUP contacts you first, and nothing goes further unless you say yes.

Private

Only you can see your profile. Nothing is shown to anyone.

Discoverable anonymously

An employer or partner we work with may see what you are targeting and what you have done here, with no name, email or university. If they want to talk, we ask you first.

Discoverable

The same, with your name and university. Never your email or any other contact details, and you can go back to private at any time.

What is shared, exactly

  • Your target: the seats, the region, the level, where you are in the cycle, and your graduation year, as you set them on My L3VLUP.
  • Your evidence: your best result on each of the 36 timed drills, with the date. Results are from timed drills the candidate chose to sit on L3VLUP, marked by the site. They are evidence of preparation, not a certification and not an assessment any employer commissioned.
  • If you choose Discoverable: your name and your university.
  • Never, at any setting: your email or any other contact details, your pipeline, your notes, your CV, or anything you typed in a free-text box. Your contact details are never shared automatically. If an employer wants to speak with you, L3VLUP contacts you first, and nothing goes further unless you say yes.

You can change the setting at any time, and going back to private takes effect immediately. The preview on My L3VLUP shows the exact record an employer would see before you save anything.

For employers

There is no search box, on purpose. Tell us the seat, the level, the geography and the timing, and we come back with a short list of opted-in candidates who fit it, with their preparation evidence. A recruiter search comes later if the demand for it is real; curation comes first.
